Because of the very special paper that’s been used – wood-pulp based, writeable, waterproof and tear-resistant. These little memo pads are made out of that paper. Drop them in the snow, take them surfing, throw them in the washing machine – they’ll be fine and your notes will still be there (best not to use a water-based pen).

The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as the day you received it. It must also be in the original package.
