BRINN CARE GUIDE:
This limited-edition bag is made from a soft and supple Vegan Leather with a delicate surface and should be handled with care. Over time, grain and color variations may occur which make each item unique. The lining is Recycled Nylon.
It is always recommended when not in use to store your handbag in its dust bag, in a cool, dry place. It is also recommended to stuff the inside of the bag to keep its shape.
To care for and extend the life of your product, minimize exposure to direct light, heat, and humidity. Please keep your product safe from cosmetics, suntan lotions, and oils. Do not use alcohol, bleach, oils, vinegar, or detergent cleaners.
To remove non-permanent stains, spot clean softly with a clean white cotton cloth and water. Wipe dry with a fresh white cotton cloth. You may also use a mild vegan leather conditioner on your bag.
By following these steps, you will preserve the quality and life of your bag.

The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as the day you received it. It must also be in the original package.
